ADEPT research accepted for Faraday Discussion meeting
ADEPT researchers will be travelling to Aachen in October to present research at the Faraday Discussion meeting on New memory paradigms: memristive phenomena and neuromorphic applications
The pre-print of the article for the Faraday Discussion meeting is now live on the RSC website. Entitled Towards a 3D GST phase change memory with integrated selector by non-aqueous electrodeposition , the paper details our recent work on phase change memory encapsulated in nanofabricated templates. We have successfully manufactured and characterised a Ge-Sb-Te memory matrix, discussion of which will take place at the meeting in October.
