Residential Packages
If you wish to stay with us on campus in our Hall of Residence then these are you options:
- Residence Conference Fee booked: £325.00
- Student Residence Conference Fee booked: £275.00 (proof of student status must be emailed to [email protected] on day of booking)
- The Battlefield Trust or the Guild of Battlefield Guides Members Residence Conference Fee booked: £290.00 (proof of membership to The Battlefield Trust or the Guild of Battlefield Guides must be emailed to [email protected] on day of booking)
Non Residential Packages
If you are local and want to attend the whole conference your options are as follows:
- Non Residence Conference Fee £230.00
- Non Residence Conference Fee excluding conference dinner: £170.00**
- Non Residence Battlefield Trust Members: £200.00

Non Residence Student Rate: £180.00
Individual Items
For those of you who wish to take part in some of the exciting days we have planned but not all of them, the following list is a breakdown of the individual days fees:
- Non Residence Friday only: £30
- Non Residence Friday only including dinner: £50
- Non Residence Saturday only including lunch: £60
- Non Residence Saturday only including lunch and dinner: £80
- Non Residence Sunday only including lunch and excursions: £35**
- Non Residence Sunday only including lunch, excursions, transportation and conference dinner: £100
- Non Residence Monday only: £30
- Non Residence Saturday afternoon public session: £15.00
** please note transportation to Sunday excursions is not provided unless attending conference dinner.
Optional Extras
- Thursday night bed and breakfast: £35
- Wifi login: £1.50
- Conference Dinner only (excluding excursions and transportation): £70
