At Southampton Business School, we understand the importance of lifelong learning for both individuals and organisations.
We deliver long-term learning partnerships, and invest to understand our partnering organisations for maximum learning impact.
Our short, innovative courses are informed by research, ensuring they are relevant to the future of work. We've also designed them to be as flexible and accessible as possible.
We offer courses based on a range of contemporary themes.
On our open courses, you'll learn alongside a diverse mix of people, and study for 4 to 6 weeks (for a single module) or 1 to 2 years (for a full programme).
We also offer closed courses that are just for you and your business. We'll work closely with you to create the most suitable content to meet your specific business or management needs.
We are a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) HE Centre, offering standalone CMI leadership and management programmes. These can be taken as individual modules, building up from an award to certificate and diploma.
You can attend our Executive Learning Partnership, which is designed to upskill senior leaders and managers with the knowledge and training they need to succeed, through specialist masterclasses. We take a unique and holistic approach to executive education, working with leading organisations who understand the need to educate and train leaders – and potential leaders – to tackle key challenges.
