Exploring research secrets: Dr Angell's insights into the power of online reviews
Dr. Rob Angell delivered a research seminar focusing on behind the scene efforts in his publishing his latest Journal of Retailing paper ‘How and why (imagined) online reviews lead to superior frontline performance’. Rob discussed the important role of field experiments in delivering the ‘wow’ factor as well as ‘real-life management solution’. The seminar allowed ECRs and PGRs to learn more about field experiments, lab experiments, as well as engaging in the whole review response process more meaningfully.
