This year, the Careers and Employability Service are hosting a 3-week festival of events (18 October - 7 November 2021) to support students in accessing work experience, graduate roles, part-time work and entrepreneurship activities.
It's a great time to start looking at opportunities, find a placement or graduate career, whilst networking with your potential future employer. A broad range of employers attend our fairs, from international organisations to small and medium businesses, so it really is your chance to design your future.
Included in the Design Your Future Festival are our 3 virtual careers fairs, employer-led panel events and employability workshops. For the latest updates, visit MyCareer.
Join us for our All Sector, IT, Science and Engineering and Non-profit and Charity Fairs, hosted virtually via MyCareer and meet organisations such as BAE, The Civil Service, Boeing, Rolls Royce and the NHS. There will be the opportunity to book 1:1 conversations and group chats with employers offering a range of vacancies and graduate roles.
Our University Opportunities Fair will be hosted in person on the Redbrick and Marquee on Tuesday 26 October. We will be joined by University departments including: Study Abroad, Work Experience, Enterprise, Alumni, Post Graduate and the Students' Union.
There are a range of employer panels for you to join, some virtual and some in person. Panellists will be from a range of businesses and organisations who will be able to share invaluable insights.
