Visit to Barton Peveril College and Weston Park Primary School

In early November, Chinese Director, Professor Ruoling Zheng and Core Teacher, Ying Fu from Confucius Institute at University of Southampton visited two local partner schools - Barton Peveril College and Weston Park Primary School.During the visit, they had conversations with the school leaders and watched the Chinese classes by Confucius Institute teachers.

Their aim was to not only enhance the cooperation and friendship between the Confucius Institute and local schools, but also know more about how the Chinese teaching is progressing, and the teaching needs of the cooperative schools.

Director Zheng Ruoling expressed her gratitude to the two schools for their teaching support and presented gifts to the partner schools on behalf of Confucius Institute and Xiamen University.
