Joe Brett is a highly skilled Multimedia Developer with over 16 years of experience as a video producer and editor. Currently working at the University of Southampton, Joe is responsible for creating engaging multimedia content for a range of projects.


Prior to joining the University, Joe worked as a freelance Animator and Motion Graphics artist, creating stunning visuals for a diverse range of clients. His expertise in these areas has been invaluable in his current role, where he uses his creativity and technical skills to develop multimedia content that effectively communicates complex ideas.


Joe is also an accomplished illustrator, and his illustrations have been featured in a variety of publications and media. He is highly skilled in a range of software, including Adobe Creative Suite, (specialising in Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator), and he is always seeking to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.


As a long time camera operator, Joe has a deep understanding of the technical aspects of video production, including lighting, composition, and sound. This experience enables him to create high-quality video content that meets the specific needs of the project stakeholders.


Joe is a dedicated and hardworking professional, and he is passionate about creating multimedia content that engages, informs, and inspires. His attention to detail, creativity, and technical skills make him a valuable asset to any project.
