The offer is open to everyone: staff, students, alumni and community. It is valid for International Women's Week and adjacent weekends (7-15 March inclusive). You do not need to be a member of Sport and Wellbeing, and you may join more than one class.
You should come to Jubilee Sports Centre Reception ahead of the session(s), mentioning International Women's Week. Reception staff will either let you through to attend the class, or direct you to the SUSU building as appropriate. On-line booking is unavailable. Places may be limited for some sessions.
Please wear suitable clothing and/or footwear for each activity: reception staff can advise you. For pool-based classes, you should be able to swim 25m and be confident in the water. Please note that the offer excludes SwimFit due to the additional pre-assessment required, and to other activities not included in the standard Fitness Class Timetable. Note also that Yoga (previously listed) is excluded from this offer. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you have enjoyed a class, please come back!
