We believe that excellence is achieved through recognising the value of every individual. Our Inclusion and Respectful Behaviour Policy underpins this commitment, to help us create an inclusive University community where everyone feels that they belong.
The Policy describes the expectations we have of everyone who is a part of our community – as a student, a member of staff, or someone who is visiting our campuses or accessing our services. And it sets out the steps we will take to promote inclusion and prevent unfair treatment, and how we will deal with unfair treatment if it happens.

Yes, our Southampton Behaviours [internal link] and Student Charter set out the kinds of behaviours we expect of ourselves and each other, in order to create an inclusive University community.
