Posters at the ready!
The Faculty of Social, Human and Mathematical Sciences will be hosting a Research Poster Showcase on Wednesday 9 May 2018 , as part of the Festival of Doctoral Research.
There will be two judging categories: -
- Informative
- Visual Impact
There will be prizes of £75.00 for the winner of each category.
The poster can be:
From any PGR student regardless of stage of research
- Anything to do with your research
- A new poster - or
- A poster that you have already produced for other presentations (eg. Conferences)
- A1 or A2 size
The cost of printing your poster will be met by the Graduate School.
You will also be required to submit a short abstract about your poster, which will be added to a booklet of abstracts for viewing on the day. There will also be an opportunity for you to talk about your poster for an hour slot on the day.
Timelines:
- Register your intention to submit your poster by Friday 20 April 2018 by emailing [email protected]
- Submit your abstract by Friday 27 April 2018 by emailing [email protected]
- Submit your printed poster to the Graduate School Office (58/2111) by Friday 4 May 2018
