Workshops and Groups

On this page you can find a number of workshops and groups available to students.

These offer a variety of techniques, strategies and resources; allowing promotion of conversation and learning about a number of topics. We offer online and In-Person sessions, run and led by our Wellbeing staff.

Use the boxes below to find out more about what we offer.

Bereavement Group

The Bereavement Group offers students a safe space to express grief, peer support that can reduce feelings of isolation and an opportunity to share and learn from peers. Whilst staff will be present to facilitate, the group aims to be led by the participants.

Wellbeing Cafes

Our Wellbeing Team host a pop-up café at different university venues every 2 weeks. Students can calm stress through arts & crafts, enjoy provided refreshments and learn more about the support available through our team.
