The University of Ghana is a fellow member of WUN and a priority partner for Southampton in Africa.
Southampton has a long history of established research links in Ghana, including our faculties of Medicine and Social Sciences, and the School of Public Health at the University of Ghana. Our research links are extremely strong since we have been conducting research in the country for several years in partnership with Ghanaian institutions and ministries, BRECCiA is one such research collaboration project and recently the research in the uptake of the Covid-19 vaccine in Ghana.
