Collection and delivery
You can collect your order from Visitor Reception, Building 37 between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday. You must bring identification with you and wait at least 2 hours after you place your order.
If you would like someone else to collect your order or you can only collect outside of our standard hours, please email [email protected]; we'll do our best to help.
If you do not collect your order within 8 weeks, we will cancel your order and refund you.
We cannot post items from campus.
Refunds and returns
Email [email protected] to request a refund or visit the Visitor Reception, Building 37 between 10am and 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Returned items must be in a resalable condition and should be returned with 3 calendar months from the date of purchase.
You will be refunded onto the card you paid with. We'll send you an email confirming your refund has been processed. It can take a few days for the money to appear in your account.

Staff purchases
Complete the order form to order gifts using a subproject code. We'll let you know when it's ready for collection or we can send your order through internal post.
