Change is one of the few constants in today’s world. External pressures such as changes in global markets, new competitors or technology, government legislation and customer feedback require us to continually adapt and react.
Internally, causes of change are equally diverse and require the same attention, such as the need to review policies and procedures, accommodation issues, pay structures and staff feedback.
Sometimes disruptive, multifaceted and difficult, it is easy and natural to resist change. To deal with it we need to anticipate, evaluate, plan for and implement change as effectively as we can.
