A unique programme has therefore been commissioned by Adam Wheeler to bring together all our leaders as a single community to build networks, knowledge and understanding that will enable us to collectively address the issues impacting on the University's future success.
Designed as a series of plenary sessions and smaller group workshops, individuals are encouraged to shape the content and substance of their experiences through debate, discussion and experimentation. This programme encourages active engagement within our leadership community to consider how can we can do things differently to take Southampton forward and challenge the status quo.
