Law Commission Consultation on the reform of the UK 1996 Arbitration Act.

On 15 December 2022, Dr Johanna Hjalmarsson and Professor Andrea Lista of the IML, together with colleagues of the Law School Dr Stephanie Law, Dr Michail Risvas and and Ms Ece Selin Yetkin have submitted a response to the Law Commission Consultation on the reform of the UK 1996 Arbitration Act.
