Meet your Short Course teachers: Professor Andrea Lista, LL.D(Italy) LL.M (Soton) PhD London, of Counsel, SLIG Law LLP, London. Andrea is a Professor of Maritime and Commerical Law, the Director of the IML, and a legal consultant. Andrea is the author of International Commercial Sales: The Sale of Goods on Shipment Terms Lloyds Commercial Law Library, Routledge, London 2017; co-author of Maritime Law (5th Edition), Routledge, London 2021, and author of Third Parties and the Arbitration of Maritime Disputes, Lloyds Maritime Law Library, Routledge, forthcoming.

On the Short Course, Andrea will be teaching sessions on CIF/FOB contracts, as well as on the enforcement of maritime claims and on the arbitration of maritime disputes.
