Support at our Tech Hub is completely free. However, if you need to buy something to fix an issue - eg: a new piece of equipment or part - then you will need to cover these costs yourself.
I went to the Tech Hub and not only did they fix my problem, they were a great IT crowd to talk to - it was fun!
Really first rate experience - super friendly, efficient and helpful.
We are also committed to helping staff and students who cannot easily travel to a Tech Hub. Please raise a ticket through the Service Portal if you need support in this way.
