You may want to access your email, use your filestore or connect to the University network.
Southampton Virtual Environment
The easiest way to work away from campus is by using the Southampton Virtual Environment (SVE). You will have access to all your files and the most popular pieces of software.

Eduroam
You can connect your laptop or other mobile device to the University's wireless network, Eduroam.
Self-service access points
There are a number of dedicated spaces where you can connect using a wired connection and increasingly through the wireless network as the University is investing in greater wireless provision.
You will need your University ID and password.
