If English isn’t your first language, you may have questions about academic language skills that native English speakers already feel confident with. Alternatively, you may be a native speaker who just feels they would like to have some extra time with someone who can answer questions related to academic language skills. If this sounds like you – we can help.
Academic Language Skills Advising sessions give you an opportunity to discuss any issues related to language learning or academic development on a one-to-one basis. Alternatively, if you have friends with similar problems, we can prepare a 45-minute group session for your particular needs.
All sessions are free and take place in the ACIS Tutorial Room (65/2019) Avenue Campus. We can offer online sessions as well.
