Music at Southampton has a dedicated Percussion Room for lessons and rehearsal, equipped with:
- four Adams timpani and stool
- marimba
- vibraphone
- xylophone
- full drum kit
- two congas
- two timbales
- assorted small instruments (tambourines, shakers, etc)
In addition to instruments stored in the Percussion Room, two further teaching/rehearsal rooms are equipped with drum kits, and one is equipped with samba percussion instruments.
