OBJECTIVES
OVERVIEW
This module is a highly participative workshop designed to enable academic staff who are preparing for an Academic Promotion Panel better prepare for their interview. It will offer clarity on what the panel will be looking for; particularly that beyond the area of your academic expertise.
We will be working with a range of tools and techniques to enable you to present your case to the panel clearly and concisely and deliver with confidence, preparing your key messages and practice delivering them in small groups.
