What will the Staff Party include?
Food and refreshments
This year external catering vans will provide complementary food. Food vans will include Greek, Asian, Mexican and Vegan. The Catering team will also be serving BBQ favourites.
All catering outlets will serve dietary options on request. If you have any concerns with the ingredients, please speak the food vendor directly.
You will also be able to choose a complementary drink (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and an ice-lolly during the party.
How to get your vouchers: Simply check in at the registration points open from 14:00 to collect your food and drink vouchers. There will also be an opportunity to check in earlier to beat the queues. See map for information. Please bring your Staff ID as proof of identity
Music
We are delighted to have live music provided by our fantastic music students during the party.
They will be performing many classic party songs including those requested by staff. If you would like your favourite song covered on the day, please complete this form and submit it by Monday 27 June . See map for locations.
Craft Area
There will also be a marquee with crafts to keep you busy during the party. See map for location.
Quiet Area
If you would like to take the opportunity to sit in a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of the party, make your way to Valley Gardens.
Games
Join the fun and take part in various of outdoor games dotted around the party area.
