Exams, Awards and Graduation

Student Assessment Teams at Faculty level support students with the administration associated with examinations, handing in of assignments and special requirements they may have at examination time. The teams work with academic colleagues in collating and processing marks for the Examination processes. Their work is supported by the Exams, Awards and Graduation Team in SAAA Registry.

 

Exams and Awards Team

This Registry Team's aim is to help students and staff with the administration, planning and delivery of:

• The three main exam periods at the end of Semesters 1 and 2 and the supplementary (re-sit) period;
• Processing all awards (not just those eligible for graduation);
• Printing all certificates and diploma supplements for finalists (including replacement certificates and certified copies);
• The winter and summer graduation ceremonies;
• Providing transcripts about past study on request from alumni;
• Providing award verifications for external agencies and other institutions.
