Important: Winter Opening Information
Please note that The Student Hub sites will have the following availability over the winter break.
Student Hub sites at the Sir James Matthews Bulding, Avenue Campus, National Oceanography Centre and Winchester School of Art will be closed from Friday 13 December and will re-open on Monday 6 January with the above opening patterns.
The Student Hub in Bulding 37 on Highfield Campus will be closed from Friday 20 December to Thursday 2 January. If you need in-person wellbeing support during this time, our dedicated wellbeing services will still be available 24/7, for walk-ins over the break at The Student Hub in B37.
Whist in-person sites will be closed, you can still contact the team 24/7 using the online chat, email or by calling 02380 599 599.
Join The Student Hub digital queue if you’re visiting Building 37 or Building 63F. You can check your queue position and current waiting time from your phone. You’ll receive an alert when it’s your turn to speak to an advisor, so you can wait within The Student Hub or elsewhere on campus.
