When will I get my new Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) for my main programme of study?
You will receive your new CAS to extend your Student Visa within a few days of completing your Pre-sessional English language course. Please note that your new CAS statement will be sent to your University of Southampton email account. You will need your new CAS to apply for your new visa.
Do I have to attend a Right to Study check in September?
If you extend your visa in the UK through the VISAS Team you do not need to attend a Right to Study check in September. However, if you decide to return home to apply for your new visa, you will need to attend a Right to Study check.
