To be considered for a place on one of our undergraduate (bachelors) degrees, you will need:
High grades in UK A levels |
Between 28 and 38 points in the International Baccalaureate (IB) |
Recognised foundation course taken in the UK, Australia or Canada |
Masters programmes |
Bachelors degree awarded from a recognised university achieving a minimum GPA of 3.0 UK 1st equivalent: GPA 3.65- 4.0 out of 4.0 or 84% - 100% UK 2.1 equivalent: GPA 3.0-3.64 out of 4.0 or 76% - 83.9% Students who have achieved a GPA 2.80 out of 4.0 or 74% with 2 years' work experience may be considered |
PhD programmes |
Good grades in bachelors and masters degrees awarded by a recognised university, and a strong research proposal UK 1st equivalent: GPA 3.65- 4.0 out of 4.0 or 84% - 100% UK 2.1 equivalent: GPA 3.0-3.64 out of 4.0 or 76% - 83.9% |

We are pleased to welcome students from Jordan to the University each year. In 2016/17 we have 31 Jordanian students studying with us.
Getting involved in clubs and societies is a great way to meet other students from your country and from around the world. There are many societies run by the University's Students' Union (SUSU) for different interests, religions, sports and academic groups.
