Grants, awards and prizes

The University's internal RIS SharePoint site functions as a one-stop shop for anyone seeking information about any aspect of the research lifecycle and is the main source of support for researchers. The site contains comprehensive guidance about applying for funding as well as instructions for identifying relevant funding opportunities via Research Professional, an online database of research funding opportunities.
On this webpage you will also find links to information on other funding opportunities, including international opportunities and smaller one off grants, awards and prizes.
Please note: many funding allocations are made annually, and so are 'closed' at certain points in the year. Before applying, you should check carefully that you have the required documentation and meet the criteria for eligibility.
