The base hours of work for full time staff is 36 hours per week for staff at Levels 1 and Level 2 and 35 hours per week for staff at Level 3. These hours are worked over a period of up to five days and generally exclude meal breaks.
Staff at Level 4 and above are required to work such hours as are reasonably necessary to perform their duties.
