The way in which you should request portering assistance will change from 1 October 2009. Currently you are asked to e-mail your general portering requests (small moves, crate loans, table and chair loans etc.) to the Post and Portering Manager.
The new system will require all portering requests to be sent to the Estates and Facilities Help Desk – [email protected]
Your requests will still be administered by the Post and Portering Manager. He can be contacted directly for any specific advice relating to this service.
