As part of Anti–Bullying Week 2010‚ Dave Small‚ Regional Workplace Associate for South-East and South–West England at Stonewall‚ will join the next Staff LGBT Network meeting on Thursday 18 November.
The Network has also invited representatives of other local educational institutions to the meeting in order to exchange thoughts on making the University a safe and welcoming place for all its students and staff.
The campaign against homophobic bullying is a major priority for Stonewall, the UK’s largest lesbian, gay and bisexual charity, which earlier this year produced the drama Fit for use by every secondary school in the country.
Network members and anyone who would like to find out more about stopping bullying and harassment are very welcome to join the session on the 18th in Lecture Theatre A, Nuffield Theatre, 5.30 pm.
