A recruitment transition period has now started which means that no new job requisitions can be raised until the 4 May 2011 when our new web recruitment system will become available. Jobs that have already gone to advert on HMS will be able to continue as normal and the HMS system will be finally switched off on 30 June.
There will be a period of parallel running between HMS and the new system which means that access to jobs that were posted to advert by 19 April 2011 (for viewing applications and shortlisting) can be done through HMS‚ and access to new jobs (set up in the new system from 4 May 2011) will be via www.jobs.soton.ac.uk.
