University staff associated with the Energy USRG are invited to attend presentations from Dr Jason Green and colleagues from the EPSRC who will visit the University on September 14th to share news of current funding opportunities relevant to Energy research themes.
Programme 11.00 – 11.30 am – Coffee 11.30 – Welcome (Professor Phil Nelson) and Overview (Professor Gail Taylor)
11.45 – EPSRC presentations (3 x 20 minutes):-

12.45 – break for buffet lunch
13.45 – EPSRC presentations (2 x 20 minutes)
• Transport – Dr Nick Cook
• Digital – Dr Jason Green (n.b. the Portfolio Manager who covers Smart Grids etc has a current commitment on the 14th September and will be unable to join the visit. Jason therefore, while happy to cover the “Digital” topic with his knowledge asks that if there are any specific questions that you are able to supply prior to the visit, please let him know so that he may be able to come supplied with better answers.)
