Dr James Dyke is running a competition for students to produce a short film‚ teaching pack or other media that illustrates a challenge which the world is currently facing. This could be a population problem‚ a food challenge or a financial crisis – or something else that is affecting our global community.
If you are interested in taking part in this competition and being in with a chance of winning the £1,000 prize, contact James for more details by emailing [email protected]
And if you are interested in learning more about the global challenges that are facing us all, take a look at James’ website to find out about the new undergraduate module that he is developing – http://www.globalchallenges.southampton.ac.uk/
The module will be on offer next year as part of our Curriculum Innovation work.
