University of Southampton Music Department presents a festival celebrating the enormous impact of the great American composer George Gershwin on the 75th anniversary of his death. Two giants of the contemporary music scene‚ Daniel Boys and Soweto Kinch‚ will feature alongside the University’s Music students as they perform and reimagine Gershwin’s most recognisable music. Expect both timeless and innovative interpretations of some of the greatest classic songs.
