The two modules, Essentials of Diversity and Managing Diversity are designed to educate all staff about equality and diversity, and covers topics that are new to everyone. All staff are encouraged to enrol and complete the course as part of their induction.

To enrol go to blackboard.soton.ac.uk, login with your University username and password and search for ‘diversity in practice’ on the Courses tab. Click the downward arrow next to Diversity -001, select Enrol then click Submit.
