Professor Hasan Arshad is Chair in Allergy and Clinical Immunology and Director of The David Hide Asthma and Allergy Centre on the Isle of Wight. In this lecture, Professor Arshad will discuss how the use of birth cohorts has increased our understanding of risk factors, prediction and prevention of allergic diseases.
