Invitation to join the Population Health USRG

Population Health is a new University Strategic Research Group at Southampton. At this early stage we are very keen to reach out to colleagues throughout the University who feel that their research interests or their interests generally bear any relation to this theme. We invite you to join our membership list. The benefits of being a member of the Population Health USRG are:

  • You will be listed in our membership directory with a link to your university research page. This will be a useful way for researchers to find colleagues with projects/topics aligned with their interests.
  • You will receive news on funding calls.
  • The USRG will provide a platform for discussion through networking opportunities.
  • There will be an opportunity for students at both UG and PG level to be involved.
  • You will receive invitations to events, seminars and conferences organised by the USRG.

Our website is currently under construction and an autumn date has been set for the launch event of the new USRG.

So if you have an interest in any of the global challenges facing us in the area of Population Health; if your current research touches on any of the many aspects of population health; if through your work you are involved in population health in any way and would like to join – please rsvp to Frances Clarke ([email protected] ) and become a member of the new USRG.

We look forward to hearing from you.

Paul Roderick, Graham Moon, Nyovani Madise and Cyrus Cooper

(Co-chairs of the Population Health USRG)
