Nigel Hollingdale, a well-known member of staff from the late 1960s until his retirement in 2003, died on 22 August.
Nigel’s roles at the University included Science Faculty Registrar and later Head of the Secretariat.
The funeral will take place on Monday 3 September at 2.00pm at Southampton Crematorium (East Chapel).
