We have two pairs of tickets to give away for Paté de Fuá at Turner Sims Friday 2 November, as part of Mexico Week on campus.

Founded in Mexico by multi-instrumentalists Yayo Gonzalez and Guillermo Perata, Paté de Fuá is one of the most distinguished groups within the Mexican music scene.

With a variety of wonderful instruments, (accordion, bandoneon, cavaquinho, banjo, cornet, alto horn, guitar, vibraphone, marimba, contrabass, drums and voice), Paté de Fuá’s versatile musicians explore dixieland jazz, mussete waltz, fox-trot, tango, tarantella, and paso doble, merging their backgrounds in jazz, tango and classical music for a sound that is truly unique.
