University of Southampton Student Recital Series
Students from the University’s Music department perform short classical and jazz/pop programmes in preparation for their examination recitals. The programme will include piano music by Dvořák, Brahms and Moszkowski, along with Bach, Mozart and Chopin, along with tunes by Stevie Wonder and Herbie Hancock.

Ensemble Examination Recitals
Our student ensembles perform their first recitals of the year as part of their degrees – details are available online at www.soton.ac.uk/music/news/events/latest.page and will be continuously updated as more information regarding programmes is available.
There will also be an evening of jazz & pop ensembles on Thursday 17 January from 7pm in The Talking Heads pub on Portswood Road – please come along to enjoy a fantastic night to celebrate the end of the first semester.
