Receiving your exam results can be very stressful, if they are not as you hoped you should in the first instance speak with your academic tutor about the possible options available to you.
If you are very distressed and require additional support you can access our Enabling Services.
If you are based in Southampton, you can drop into the Student Services Centre on the Highfield Campus between 1pm and 2pm Monday-Friday and speak to a team member who will be located in the Purple Zone, at the back of the atrium.
We can then signpost you for further emotional support if appropriate. If you are not able to attend the drop in session, or if you study at one of our other campuses, please ring our team on 023 8059 7726 and we can advise you over the phone. Visit our website for more information http://southampton.likn.co/studentservices/
In addition the SUSU Advice Centre can also offer support and guidance regarding academic appeals or concerns about your results. Visit SUSU’s website for more information http://www.susu.org/help-and-support/advice-centre/2012/
If you feel upset and would like to speak to someone outside office hours you can call Nightline on 02380 595 236 or visit http://nightline.susu.org/
