Dear colleagues,
As you may remember the staff survey results were published at the end of January and the Deans, the Registrar and the Chief Operating Officer have begun a dialogue with their staff about these results. Our intention is to understand as fully as possible the most important priorities for staff that emerge from the survey, and to be able to report to you on the actions we are taking to address these priorities.
We had hoped to bring the feedback from these discussions back to UEG in March, however, to ensure the dialogue is meaningful and complete this consultation is taking longer than we had anticipated. The University Executive Group will now consider the feedback in the summer and we will report back to staff on actions following this.
