The National Student Survey will be closing on Monday 29 April. If you are eligible* for the survey, you can complete the NSS online or via your smartphone at www.thestudentsurvey.com^. The NSS is your opportunity to give your opinions on how well the University teaches and supports students, as well as commenting on things that you think should be improved.
What will the NSS ask me?
The questions allow you to provide feedback on a range of topics, from how you would rate the academic support you received during your studies, to how satisfied you were with the organisation and management of your programme. You can even comment on the Student Union.
At the end there is space for any comments you have about your experience. Were you satisfied with the way in which the University communicated with you? What were your thoughts on the advice and support available through your programme? Write it down and let us know!
*You are eligible for the NSS if you are a final year undergraduate or are on a flexible part-time programme. If your final year cannot easily be predicted, you will be surveyed during your fourth year of study. If you were due to be in your fourth/final year in 2013 but have withdrawn or are repeating your penultimate year, you are also eligible to take part.
^ You will be asked to provide some identification details to ensure that you are eligible. Non-respondents may be contacted by post and, if we do not obtain a response, by telephone. You may also opt out of the survey at any time if you do not wish to take part.
