With the ever-changing environment of the Higher Education Sector and indeed the changing job market, it is recognised that as a University we need to become more aligned with what our students expect from their education here at Southampton and how it will lead them to a successful career when they graduate.
One of the ways we are meeting these new challenges is by offering our students the chance to broaden their learning, if they wish to do so.
This session seeks to answer four key questions:
- What we are doing as a University to broaden our students’ learning and increase choice and flexibility within the curriculum?
- Do our students want a flexible education?
- What does this mean for our students and their future?
- What does this mean for you and how might it influence your role?
On: Friday 28 June 12:30-2:00
In: Building 34/2003
Light lunch will be provided.
All welcome. Feel free to share this announcement to other mailing lists and colleagues who you think would be interested.
