The survey closed on Friday 31 May 2013 and we reached a participation rate of 31.9 per cent – five per cent more than the national average.
Your responses to this survey are vital in helping us to understand what we are doing well and what we can do better to improve working conditions, career aspirations and career development opportunities for research staff at the University. The views of research staff at the University of Southampton are compared with those in other institutions across the country, informing us what is working well and where improvements can be made.
The results of the CROS 2013 survey will be an integral part of the process used to inform and influence decision-making and monitor developments and initiatives relating to the employment, training and career development of research staff.
A CROS 2013 report will be available on the PDU website and PDU will be running opens sessions for research staff explaining the results in Highfield Campus, NOC and Southampton General Hospital.
