There are now two options for preparing your bulk posting mail.
The post room and University print centre have discussed ways to use the print centres folding inserting and letter printing capability to aid with customers bulk mail preparation.
The print centre can now undertake all the envelope filling, sealing and PPI (printed postage impression) printing services on behalf of departments sending out bulk postings. There will be a cost, which can be discussed with the print centre manager Ian Wilcox, [email protected] or extension 29173. This cost may be comparable to those you incur through undertaking the tasks yourselves. If you feel you do not want to use the print centre for these tasks you can still prepare the mail yourselves.
