If you paid your tuition fees in full by midnight 30 September, you are entitled to a one per cent refund on the amount of tuition fees you paid.
To ensure the University can pay your one per cent refund directly into your bank account, please make sure we have your correct bank details by 9am on Wednesday 9 October. Click on the ‘My student record’ icon on the students area of SUSSED, go to ‘personal information’ then ‘update payment details’. You’ll need to enter your eight digit bank account number and six digit bank sort-code, and select ‘I prefer any payments to be made into the bank account above’ before you finally click ‘submit’.
If it’s not possible for us to refund you in this way, cheques will be available for you to collect from the Student Services Centre, building 37. Please wait for us to email you when your cheque is ready before you come to collect it.
