The Insider Mentor Programme at the University is a great way for students to get 1:1 career specific advice, learning from others who have experience in the world of work. The programme is facilitated by members of Career Destinations and is currently actively recruiting new mentors, including staff members who are interested in becoming mentors, onto to the programme.
It’s a great way for you to develop your coaching and mentoring skills, as well as play an influential role in someone’s development, helping them make the next transition in their life.
