Salisbury Road will be closed to through vehicular traffic from 6am on Monday 9 December through to 5pm on Friday 13 December to facilitate the replacement of bulk gas cylinders at the rear of the Mountbatten Building (B53).
Access will be maintained to all car parks leading off Salisbury Road from University Road and the exit from the bus interchange onto University Road.
Vehicular access to the rear of the campus can be made via Chamberlain Road. The pedestrian footpath adjacent to Mountbatten will be closed from the exit of the common through to the start of Zepler (B59). The opposite footpath will remain open. Pedestrian access to all building entrances will be maintained. Pedestrian access will be maintained to and from the common at Salisbury Road. Cyclists will be requested to dismount for the length of the road closure.
